Pin backs on wrong ..too bad because printing is great :)

So I have to manually twist all my pin backs...they were put on incorrectly ( not at the top of my design) ... The printing is great but the fact that i have to turn the pin backs and risk damaging them is not acceptable . I would love to order again because the printing is great as i mentioned but hope this is not an issue in the future.
