Wish all customer service was as good as this...

Ordered 100+ badges of various designs, delivery would be a few days before the event they marked. The delivery company sent an email on the due date to say they had been delivered and signed for... they hadn't. Attempts to track them down via the delivery company were fruitless (next to impossible to communicate with), but Sticker Mule were poised to reprint all of the badges and rush deliver them in time. Luckily the 'misdelivered' items eventually arrived, so no need for a reprint, but very impressed with Sticker Mule's swift response and understanding. And on top of that, badges are of excellent quality. Couldn't be more impressed. Particular shout out to Katherine - thanks so much.
