The whole front of the shirt is stiff

I got a custom tshirt with just a couple small words on the front and the whole front of the shirt had been printed, like they used a big vertical rectangle print sheet for only a couple words. The shirt looks ok but feels super stiff because of the print sheet. I will not be wearing the shirt. Complete waste of money.
