New courier required

While Stickermule's stickers have been excellent in the past, I have had to give a one-star review because UPS first lost the original shipment, then delivered the replacement to the wrong address, leaving us without the merchandise we give away at trade shows; since the stickers display our website, this affects our engagement funnel. Stickermule - please find an alternative courier as soon as possible! Even if they are slightly more expensive, we would be willing to pay a bit more to be sure our deliveries actually reach us! (Would order again - if delivery was assured!)
