Bad kiss cuts again. Again!

My last roll label order printed twice with the same problem: couldn't get them off the roll without the roll backing coming with it. So this time I tried circle sheet labels and have nearly the same problem. They are MUCH too difficult to peel off the backing. What's with your quality control? This is the third time in a row. It used to be good but now it's gone to hell. Never buying from them again. Note: Print quality was fine but that's useless if the stickers aren't useful.
