Good t-shirt - difficult image edit

I have ordered many of these black t-shirts with my original art printed. Always size XL in the past - and have been very happy. This time - I had specifically asked for the image to be 10" across (like the others in my past orders) - but it ended up being 13 3/4" and it's way too dominating on the shirt. When I am sent a image revision to review - it's hard to see by the small image sent, whether it's the size I asked. AND - this time the XL shirt was much larger than in the past. So - this order is a wash for me - way too large for the image and the size of shirt. I love these black t-shirts - but I must be able to trust that the size of the image is what I ask, and that the size of the t-shirt remains consistent. I will probably reorder this one - I may use it for employees in an art show.... but I have to be able to count on getting the size of the image adjusted.
