Great badges- issues with protective film

I have ordered several sets of pin badges and they have all come out great. Initially all badges had a white protective film on there, which was easy to remove. This last lot of orders, the film has been changed to a clear protective film. That is not problem the problem is trying to REMOVE the protective film! It's so hard to do now!!! The white film was easy to peel away but this new clear film is really difficult! it's very hard and frustrating to pick away at the edges of the badges to try and remove the film- but when you eventually manage to get the film away, it does peel off easy, it's just SO HARD to get it going. I'd love it if Stickermule could review this and revert back to the old protective film as it was much easier to remove and much less frustrating
