Dissappointed

I recently purchased an order of posters from sticker mule. The print quality was decent. The color and texture of the original painting was captured in the final print. However, I purchased these to sell and the quality in which they were packaged has made them damaged enough to the point where I cannot do so. First of all they were sent in a tube and rolled vertically creating vertical bends throughout the length of the print on either side. The last print is completely crinkled in the bottom right corner. This is definitely a disappointment and I wish more care was taken. It seems as though it would required less effort to send flat in an envelope or box and the quality of the print would have been preserved. I received a deal on these prints which is definitely appreciated. However, I do not think that the cut in cost was worth damage to the prints.
