Print too close to collar

It was hard to tell in the proof but I assumed that there is an average distance from the collar for a print. Most of my tshirts have prints 3 1/2 inches from the collar thus centering it on the chest. Sticker Mule placed it 1 1/2 inches from the collar so the print is a little high up making it look like it's pointing to the sky.
