Dissappointed in Quality Control

This is the first time I've ever had a problem with the quality of the items I have recieved. Out of the 50 pins in the order 16 of them are flawed bad enough i am unable to use them for vending. It looks like the plastic coating used to wrap the pins got wrinkled or caught in a machine and the wrinkles marred over the pins leaving an unsightly texture and appearance. I like that the pin backs rotate, that's never an issue, but the marred faces are embarrassing and I'm surprised they made it to me in this shape.
