Yes. After registering for an event, you'll receive a confirmation email with your event information and a link to the event page. If you purchased a ticket to a paid event, you'll also receive an order summary email. If you don't see your confirmation email, check your spam or promotions folders and make sure the email address you used to register is correct.

Changes apply to new registrations only; existing registrations keep the ticket details and price they originally registered with.

Yes. Events can be free or paid. For paid events, hosts can set a ticket price or create up to 3 ticket tiers. Each tier can have its own name, price, and description. Paid ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are available unless the event is canceled. Event-specific merch isn't currently supported.

If you choose to make your event public when you create it, it will appear on your store for visitors to see. Private events will not appear publicly.

Yes! Guests can cancel their registration at any time. The event host will be notified when you do. To cancel your registration, go to the event details and click Cancel your registration.

On the event page, choose the available registration option: For a free event select Join event. For a paid event, select Buy ticket and choose your ticket option, if applicable. Enter your full name, email address, and phone number, then verify your phone number by SMS. For paid tickets, complete checkout to finish your registration. Once registered, you'll receive a confirmation email with your event information. Paid registrations also receive an order summary email.

No. You don't need a Sticker Mule account to attend an event. To register, enter your full name, email address, and phone number, then verify your phone number via SMS.

If you cancel a scheduled event, the event will be permanently deleted, and all registered guests will receive an email letting them know. If the event has paid registrations, those ticket purchases will be automatically refunded. You can cancel an event from the event page by selecting Edit > Cancel event. If you need to move your event to a different date or time, you can update the event details before the event date.

Events move through three statuses: Scheduled: The event hasn't started yet. Hosts can edit event details or cancel the event before it starts. Public events appear on the host's Store. Ongoing: The event has started and is currently happening. Event details can no longer be edited. Ended: The event has finished. Event statuses update automatically based on the event's date and time.

Yes. You can edit your event details before the event starts, including the date, time, location, and other event information. For paid events, you can also update ticket tier names, descriptions, and prices. Changes to ticket tiers apply only to new registrations. Existing registrations keep the ticket details and price they originally registered with. Ticket tiers can be removed if no one has registered for them. Yes. Just add a virtual event link when you create your event, and your guests can attend the event from anywhere!

To create a new event, go to the Events page and enter your event details: Event title and description Privacy setting (public or private) Cover image Start date and time, with an optional end date and time Location and/or event URL Pricing, if you want to charge for attendance Events are free to attend by default. For paid events, you can set a ticket price or create up to 3 ticket tiers, each with its own name, price, and description. When you're finished, select Create event. You'll get a link you can share on your website, in emails, or on social media. Public events will also appear on your Store.

Yes. There is no additional cost to create an event, but a Sticker Mule Pro subscription is required to create and host events. Hosts can choose to make an event free to attend or charge for tickets.
