A little too "sweet" for my liking

I put hotsauce on everything. I go through a bottle every 2 weeks. On to my review: It was a bit too sweet for me. I like a nice salty/vinegar based "bite" in my sauce, so this was not for me. My wife likes it, which is great, but for me I'll just stick to a more vinegar based hotsauce. The heat is perfect, absolutely nailed the level of heat. It's just that smokey *sweetness* that lingers even after the meal/snack ends. Can't get behind that.
