Disappointing But Made Right

This is less about the buttons and more about the company. We use stickermule for our church and love when they get things right. Unfortunately, this happens less often than more. Stickers come with letters crooked or missing, magnets have been warped during shipping and don’t stick right, and with this order specifically, 15 of 50 buttons came with the printed logo not securely wrapped around the metal. They were pretty off centered as well, so the colored border in our logo (that should fit perfectly since it’s a circle on a circle) was completely missing. We bought smaller buttons before of the same logo and every single one was perfect, so maybe that’s the key? They always make it right, however, either by sending more that are done correctly, or by crediting our account for the future. It would be nice if the first shipment was correct so we didn’t have to bother them every time. Needless to say we have started going elsewhere for our printing needs. Will continue to try them when they send the email specials though.
