Outstanding customer service

I had designed my own custom tape. As a newbie to all of this, the quality of my artwork was not up to par. The representative made me aware of the issue. Because I'm not computer savvy, i told her I was unable to make it higher quality, and thanked her for her time. Another representative emailed me and said she reworked my images for me!!! She recommended i purchase the sample size to make sure I liked it before purchasing the original 300 foot roll. I received it and It's perfect! They really, truly went above and beyond and I couldn't appreciate Sticker Mule more!!
