DROPPED THE BALL.

I was all set to get my new t-shirt from my mailbox this morning & then give STICKER MULE an A for another well-done project, but to my DISMAY/disappointment .. they dropped the ball. The order had been submitted by me with an orange t-shirt and ...with text. I received an email (proof) showing a black t-shirt and NO TEXT. I said, nope, orange shirt and 3 words of text. Sticker Mule made the changes and said "Good to go?" I responded, by email, yes. All set. THANKS. I get the shirt today. I open the package. The shirt is an orange XL. SO far so good. The graphic is nice (an elephant with sunglasses and headphones. Sweet!). Just one pronblem. NO TEXT!!!!! The A grade turns to an F? Ok, maybe a D. The color was right. The graphic looks good. NO TEXT???? Who dropped the ball. How? Why? I guess i'll cancel today's video podcast. What a shame. -THEO 10.19.23 p.s. PLEASE send me a shirt with the text so i can do my podcast, as planned.
