great vinyl quality and service but print turned out super dark and ruined the design

Like always the quality of the material is great as the patient service was during the proofs. But the print turned out very very dark so that the pink flowers from the design aren't pink at all but muddy dark violet in the print (same with other parts of the design) which kills the idea of the design and eliminates details.
