Long Time Customer - Latest Order Wasn't 100%

I have been a long time customer for a variety of products. And 99% of the time my orders are great. They come on time and quality is perfect. For some reason this time I ordered coasters and a few of the elements on the design arrived blurry. I will still order from them like I always do, but was a little disappointed with the quality this time.
