I had recently placed an order for a set of 10 magnets. Well UPS lost the package somewhere in New York. I contacted UPS and they confirmed that the order was lost. I then contacted Sticker Mule and explained the situation and that I'd like to reorder the magnets. I was willing to pay for them as this wasn't their fault. They reprinted the magnets for me and did not charge me for the replacement. And I received them quickly! Great job Sticker Mule! I will continue to do business with you!
