Sweatshirt Reprint

This is a reprint, the first print wasn't registered correctly so they did a reprint. This print I'm also not satisfied with. It also has the registration off so I can see white trim around the artwork. Also this artwork is printed too dark. Much darker than the proof and file setup looks online. This is a single color (grey) on black, I'm guessing Sticker Mule needs to print white under the grey to get it to be visible on black. I'm not sure why they made this decision, the artwork isn't set up that dark or with that intention, I wish it was printed with a lighter grey that wouldn't require printing white under it, then registration wouldn't be an issue and it would match the design closer. Side note, I've used this same artwork with the same color setup and had it printed on a black t-shirt with no issues. It was printed with a light enough grey that there was no under print and it looked great and matched the design. Not sure why it's different here.
