Chips and cuts on plastic not present on past orders

I've ordered these a few times before. I'm a small-town photographer and I offer these in my gallery. However, the last batch I received arrived with odd cuts and chips along the edges. The images themselves are fine, but the plastic they're printed on is damaged. I've never experienced this issue with any of my past orders, and I have two styles of keychains with this exact cutout design. I would like to speak with someone about getting these replaced, but I didn’t see a return option for the order—only this review. Whether I reorder them depends on how this current issue is resolved, especially since these are fine art items and I don’t like the idea of them being damaged, especially when my previous orders were perfect. I still have a few from my last order, and they were flawless!
