Great product... poor packing for shipment - poor brand perception

Good morning SM! Long time SM fan here. Love what you do and the level of product quality. My last shipment of over $2500 worth of stickers was delivered in a very screwed up box... Now I understand once products leave your facility, its up the to the carrier to care/deliver packages to your customers... In this case, nothing was damaged and nothing lost. Please share with your marketing team... in the process of buying any product, opening a purchase is part of the users experience... (like buying an iPhone) its a fun, exciting process. In this case and others delivered buy SM, it seems there is no thought in packaging.. everything thrown into a box. No protection, no real opening... just a box of shambled, mixed up stickers that are tastefully shrink wrapped. Your brand (as great as it is) is impacted by the poor last step in the process.
