VERY difficult to remove the backing and not die cut

I thought I ordered die cut stickers to be trimmed around my words/artwork as I had in my proof. But, I got a rectangular sticker. Also, the backing is VERY difficult to remove!! Their "help" said they don't do backslits and I should have ordered kiss cut. Ummmm. Why is that not standard and I don't recall every seeing that option. Hopefully the review helps others to get things like this addressed with a human response email to make sure you are getting what you ordered.
