This is the third time I’ve had to request a change in colors. I’m not sure if their printers changed recently, but I’ve ordered multiple times in the past without providing any hex codes or CMYKs and they came out correct. Now they’re telling me to provide the CMYKs with each label. The last month, these have all come out saturated and brighter than expected. The quality of the printing and customer service have definitely declined. May have to start looking for another printing company soon.
