If your submission is marked as Published but you haven't received payment in your Sticker Mule Wallet, double-check that your bank account is connected. Please note that it takes 5 days for payments to be credited to your bank account. If you've connected your bank account and still don't see the payment after 5 days, contact support and our team can review the payout status for you.
Yes! If your submission status says "Need Changes," you can review the feedback, make updates, and resubmit your design for another look. If your submission was rejected, you're welcome to adjust your design and submit it again as a new entry. We encourage you to keep creating and experimenting. Every submission helps you grow your portfolio and skill set.

Every submission is manually reviewed by our team, and you’ll see a status next to each one in your Studio dashboard: Submitted: Your design is waiting to be reviewed. Need Changes: We reviewed your template and left feedback so you can make edits and resubmit. Rejected: Your design didn’t meet the requirements this time. Published: Your template was approved, added to Studio, and your $10 payment will be deposited into your bank account! You'll always be able to check your submission's progress right from your Studio dashboard. No guessing or waiting for separate emails.
Once your application to become a Studio contributor has been accepted, and you've connected your bank account, you'll see a Submit button inside the Studio app. Submitting is easy! Just choose your design, add any necessary details, and click submit. No extra setup, portals, or forms needed! Our review team will take a look at your submission to ensure it meets quality and originality guidelines before deciding whether to publish it. You'll receive a notice if your design has been accepted and receive payment directly to your bank account.
Once your template is reviewed and approved by our team, it will be published in Studio, and you'll automatically earn $10 per published template. Earnings are automatically deposited to your linked bank account 5 days after approval. Before you can submit your first design, you'll need to connect your bank account using Stripe Connect. This helps ensure payments are secure and comply with legal requirements. You can view your total earnings anytime in your Submissions Dashboard.
Anyone who can receive payouts can apply to become a Studio contributor. To apply, you'll fill out a short form and include a portfolio with your designs. Our team will review your submission and email you once a decision is made. If your application is approved, you'll need to link your bank account with Stripe Connect (if you haven't already). Once connected, you'll officially become a contributor, meaning you'll be able to submit templates for review and earn payments for those that get published.
Studio Contributors is a new way to share your creativity and get rewarded for it. Creators can design templates in Sticker Mule's Studio app for submission or upload their own portfolio. If you're approved, you're eligible to submit templates directly through Studio for public use and will earn $10 for every published template. It's an easy, fun way to showcase your work, help other creators, and get paid for your ideas. To get started, head to the Studio tool and click "Become a contributor".
Yes! Studio allows you to easily generate a QR code for websites, wifi, contact information, or documents. Here's how to create a QR code for your artwork: Open your design in Studio, or click Create design. Select the Graphics icon. Select QR codes. To see all QR code options, click see all. Select the QR code style you like best and style it into your artwork. Select the type of QR code and fill out the required information. Click Generate QR code.
No, but you’ll need an account if you want us to save your designs for future use. Studio use is free and unlimited!

Yes! Go to the My designs tab, then hover over the design and click the ellipsis menu to duplicate, share, or archive it. To permanently delete a design, click the archives tab and then the ellipsis menu again to delete the design.
Yes, we automatically save all of the designs you create in Studio so you can reuse, edit or complete your design whenever it’s convenient. To save your designs you’ll need to sign in to your account or create a new account.
Yes! Studio is a free online design tool, so there is no cost to download your designs. When you’re ready, you can download your designs in these file formats: PNG, JPG, PDF, or SVG. Get started with Studio here.
