The stickers themselves were fine, but I needed to speak with customer service about my order. The only contact option given is to text "Hi" to their customer service line. I received absolutely no acknowledgement or response despite several attempts. Will not order from them again.

Whilst it was a reprint, these were exceptional quality, thank you.
Not up to usual standard

Unfortunately, this time around our order wasn't up to the standard we've received before. The stickers were dull and, when opening the box I immediately noticed the packaging inside was dirty and, opening the plastic bag found the stickers were also covered in particles of dirt. I'm sure this is just a one-off issue?

This process was amazing. I felt very supported throughout it. The changes to my proofs and requests for additional info were dealt with promptly. I'm happy with the fast shipping and overall the quality is good. The only thing is there a few ink lines causing some streaking in the solid colour background of my sticker. On the whole though, the service made up for this and I'll definitely order ...
