I've used sticker mule a number of times and the work is always great. However this order was delayed in production and delivery because of a mix up on their part. I ordered it well in line with the delivery options however due to a rep asking me an incorrect question during the proofing stage, my order was never sent into production. It wasn't until I reached out that I found out they had missed my response but also noticed that their rep asked me the wrong question. They did try and rectify the situation by fast-tracking my order which I appreciated but in the end it was all just lines from the customer service team as my order arrived a few days after the original scheduled delivery date and 3 days after the date I was told it would arrive after the mix up.
