Double check your color settings before you send

When you send your art file, be sure that it is in CMYK color mode. They do not tell you this during the ordering process and I had to spend some time doing my own research, after which I found that my drawing program saves files in RGB format, which is not ideal for printing, as certain colors (primarily blue) will not show up and your art will become dull or washed out in color. Sadly, even though they sent me a proof that looked beautiful, the final product sent to me was quite washed out and I will not be able to use them. I wish that Stickermule had an option to have one charm printed as a sample, even for an additional fee, so that you could really be sure that the product looks good before you pay for multiples. Also wish that they offered double sided printing. But I will say that they are easy, convenient, and fast. Providing customers with some more detailed information for those newer to charm and sticker ordering would be great.
