Cute, but...

I really love these charms and I love this service. It's at a very reasonable price, production and shipping are fast and the shipping itself is free which we love. Also grateful for the jump rings they started sending with the charms! The printing is usually really great too, but I do have some problems with this. On pretty much all of my keychains, the colors are bright and beautiful, exactly how I wanted. On one of my most recent sets--the one I'm presently reviewing--the printing was less saturated which was unfortunate. It's still cute but not as cute as it could be :/ The white backing of a lot of my keychains will often arrive scratched, which oftentimes isn't so bad, but I do want them to look their best when I sell them. I've also had one or two with small chips in the plastic which isn't great. Lastly, this isn't so much a critique as it is a suggestion, I generally really like this service, but I just really really really wish you'd offer double-sided charms. It'd be a big game-changer for me. Anyways, generally good charms, great customer service, and shipping; but could use a bit of work in my opinion.
