It's OK

The preview didn't show the material as transparent or that my SVG will be printed without the background. All the examples I saw before on the web site were including the backround, so I assumed you print on white and stick that to the acrylic. Also, the keychain comes with a metal ring attached and this attachment covers a bit of your design if you're not leaving enough margin. Check the proof vs actual at https://ibb.co/9sLZptB
