I get these to make earrings. So it's beyond frustrating when one or more are damaged. Which has literally happened every time I've ordered. Usually I receive less than ordered and just figure it out. Do a Keychain or something. I've come to accept and expect it, so I just roll with it. But damn. AGAIN. This time, one came broken in half. So now I have a single charm and am down one pair of earrings because of it. People love the earrings so I guess I'll just continue to deal. Maybe one day yall will get it right...lol.
