disappointed for the first time

I've been ordering labels for my herbal products for some time and have been super happy with each label. I asked for design help with this one & sent the 3 elements I wanted to incorporate. Whoever put this together was not trained in graphic design. The elements are out of balance, and I will have to make the adjustments on the next order. I approved the design for another label I was ordering at the same time, but apparently the computer approved both labels.
