Undelivered Item

This was a birthday present for a friend that was supposed to arrive 23 days ago. The inital prediction for this product was that it would arrive on July 20th. It is now Augest the 6th, 23 days later, and this package still has not been delivered. When I check the tracking information the item still exists, but has no predicted delivery date and is just marked as delay. It's obvious at this point I'm never getting this poster.
