Unreliable, never received my item, will not recommend

I used to order without issues but Sticker Mule is now no longer reliable and might I say, its policies unfair and unreasonable to customers. I had never received my order placed in early July (it's now mid Sept) and they offered a reprint which also never arrived. I wasted a total of 10 weeks now since my first order and the best they can offer is another 2nd reprint (which may never arrive?) or a store credit meaning they refused to refund my money but are forcing me to purchase again despite my parcel failing to arrive twice and they expect me to go on waiting beyond the 10 weeks I already endured. Very disappointing and disgusted. Will not recommend you spend your money here as you may not get it back but they will conveniently keep offering multiple reprints.
