Packaging Issue

I originally ordered a wall graphic that was 24” x 24”, but received a die-cut version that was unacceptable so Stickermule provided a free replacement. The original order was received in a large flat envelope. The replacement order, while correct in size was received in a shipping tube. There was a crease in the graphic that appears to be significant enough that it will not disappear on application. I’m not sure why it wasn’t shipped in a flat envelope, too. I do appreciate the prompt delivery though.
