Poor Packaging Twice, Chipped Acrylic Pins

This order was the reprint of the same pins, due to the pins within the box being unpackaged and jingling all about the box during the transit to Australia. So the acrylic badges were all chipped on the edges and a pin snapped off too. I had requested if the reprint were to occur, it would be ideal if they were better packaged. As to not cause a repeat of the first order, but the reprint arrived in the same thin plastic bag within a larger box. Allowed to shake and rattle within, chipping the acrylic pins once again. Unsure where the communication had failed for better packaging, to not allow the pins to shake loosely within the box. Do not think I will be ordering again, on top of this and the recent crude and childish social media posts. I don't feel comfortable with how this business is being run.
