I should've ordered samples since this was my first time using Sticker Mule. The copacker I'm working with suggested you and they sent me a $10 discount. Something dropped off my label when I uploaded the PDF. My fault for approving the proof without seeing it. I've been using PDFs fro a very long time and this is the only system that ever dropped something off. After seeing the finished product, I would've like to had some options for stocks and finishes. As I said, my bad for no ordering samples. Also, I had asked customer service before I ordered about a live area since I didn't see any information about on the site. They didn't know what I was asking about and sent a cut and paste response. They finally asked a production artist to answer my question. There's more to customer service that following a script. It involves actually answering a simple question about a standard printing spec. Overall they're ok but can't say I'm impressed with my expereince.
