Can you please send me a replacement for this shirt? The back was not printed well and feels like cardboard and there is some kind of speckling at the bottom left of the back of the shirt. I've ordered tons of shirts from Sticker Mule, and this is the first time it was not perfect. Please send me a replacement. Thank you very much.

They are quick to send a proof, too fast. I put detailed size and placement instructions in the .ai file I submitted and in the instruction box, but didn't read or follow them. They printed the graphic as large as possible, which is not what I wanted. You can't tell from the proof, as it's just a digital mock-up with no detail. Cheapest place on the internet for high quality customized tshirts, used the design tool for the first time and it made it super easy.

I am always thrilled with the printed T Shirts that I have ordered from Sticker Mule. I've recently forayed into the Sweatshirts, and they are wonderful. Also, communication has been excellent. If I had any recommendations, I would urge Sticker Mule to add long sleeved T Shirts, and also a slightly larger head opening on the sweatshirts.
