hi, my design has a burgundi/wine red color but you printed all my designs for this order in deep brown shade. I truly not like the color because it's absolutly not representing my brand

This is definitely my fault since I didn't read through everything as well I I should have or watched the video to see that you need to wet the tape to make it sticky. I did ask in an email if it could be put on a standard tape gun for easier application and all I was given was the core size.
