Amazing quality as always. Arrived a week earlier than expected which is amazing. Ordered 50 charms and only one had a small amount of damage to the design but everything is still useable. Would love to see in the future less plastic waste. The loops for the charms came in packs of 10 so I now have 5 small un reusable plastic bags instead of just one.

The RockTo start, my design was printed in good detail, the product seemed durable enough and the size was exactly what I expected. However, I was a bit disappointed by the state in which the charms arrived. The protective film didn't cover all the surface of the charms, and the bits that were left unprotected were chipped and/or scraped. Some also seemed to have some sort of heat damage. They turned out amazing and I love them! Unfortunately one of them showed up with a hole in the design so its just a clear spot in the middle of the charm but the rest look fantastic!
