False advertising Buyer Beware

I was looking at the examples and needed something for a water bottle now mind you you can only change the height and nothing else.. Ups Delivered a massive envelope with the letters in them so I contacted them to say the size was incorrect.. so I was told it was my fault I didn't ensure the measurements were correct I'm wondering how was I supposed to do that when I wasn't able to adjust anything and I was never sent the link to approve the final draft $45 down the drain
