The photo that I submitted needed a few alterations, which were promptly completed to my satisfaction. I really appreciated being able to order a small quantity, forreview and approval, before placing a larger order. All email communication with customer service was very helpful and their response time was within the next day, depending on when I responded to them. Great products, great customer support, great customer service people, excellent delivery.
