Washed out labels

The coloring on the labels of this order is off. And I ordered 320 this time, expecting them to be the same as the last time I ordered them through StickerMule. The bigger problem is that these labels are for my product and I have a separate label that goes in the top of the jar. Now the colors don’t line up. Is it a printer issue? I love this company and have been thrilled with most everything I’ve ordered. Just hoping this issue can be resolved so I can keep working with StickerMule.
