Proofing procedure needs improvement
Unfortunately, I had a lot of back and forth trying to get the proof right. This may partially have been my fault as I never saw the templates for the item. You'd think they'd put them where you do the ordering instead of at the footer of the site. I'd re-do the proof, ask some questions and never get an answer and it would never change even though I had specified what the problem was. Ended up resorting to emailing them instead as it didn't seem anyone was reading the comments on the proofs. They finally got it sorted. The other problem is that the proof is TINY! There's no blowing it up on the screen so had to right click and save it...ok, fine...but come on. They really need to come up with a better system of: 1) giving you the template to use as soon as you start the ordering process 2) let YOU adjust the proof online instead of having to keep sending it in 3) make is a larger size so you can see some detail in it. I get them today and the colour is off. I hold it up to the proof they had and it's different. I set my artwork to CMYK in PDF format so I don't know why there's a variation. The lighter area on the scales is yellow. In the end, I just wanted to get it over with and glad I didn't pay full price for these. Wouldn't purchase again.
