Needed more Guidance from Sticker Mule

We received our first order last week with Sticker Mule and I must say I was disappointed with results. The text in the magnet doesn’t read well and it's all just too small. In retrospect, the magnet perhaps should have been a bigger size. When I saw the proof it looked fine but when I received it in person it just doesn’t really do the trick for a major supermarket giveaway promotion. Being this was our first time creating one of these it would have been helpful if Sticker Mike would have said, “hey, it’s too small and the text is not going to read well. Consider a larger size”. In any case, the people were helpful along the way....the proofing experience was not helpful.
