Not that happy with order

Ex: Hi, My recent order if I am honest I was disappointed. I ordered a total of 250 buttons and about 75 of them the Hope Logo on them was not centered according to how you would pin it on a shirt or bag. I have done business with you guys before and have loved everything up until my most recent bulk order. I would like to keep using your guys , as I will continue to have bulk orders but not sure. How can you guys fix this?
