Muted colors

My sticker colors seem to be very dull or under saturated. They dont pop like they do in my PS files or appears on my mac / phone monitors. Even their sample ones they send out had more vibrant look to them. Now I dont know if they can help fix that but If not I would have to say I wouldn’t order from them again . Maybe there processes is better with more simple logos or ones that uses more pastel solid colors instead of a gradient / metallic colors . Either way their service turn around was super fast !
