I created a keychain as a memorial gift for a funeral service. The expedited shipping option would guarantee delivery for the day after the service. I email sticker mule, and received a response in just a few hours (and this was just a few days before Christmas 2020!). Ashley, the rep, assured me she would speak with a manager to see if they could rush my order. I had the keychains in hand THE NEXT DAY! It was incredible.
