Terrible quality. Won't open. Won't close

To be clear, these aren't like regular mylar pouches or anything. It's actually kind of an absurd item when you think about it because it doesn't have a function really. It kind of looks like it would be a standup food pouch but it's really just a brittle, low resolution, hack job of a plastic bag.
