Lost image

I was so looking forward to receiving my order! So disappointed when I opened it. I approved a proof where the image is clearly visible. I have a side by side pic. The image is washed out and barely there. I cant use these. I understand ink spreads but the proof should account for that. I can adjust the file for more contrast but i had no guidance from your team. Someone should have caught this before printing the whole order. The item itself is made of a good thick material and i like the finish. In the end though I would like a reprint with an adjusted new file.
