Blurry Image!

The bags are perfect, but the image came out blurry. Usually, I get a notification asking for a better quality image, but this time I received nothing. It sucks because this is my logo, so I have it in many different formats to eliminate this issue. Yes, I should have probably doubled checked to make sure I sent the correct format, but I wish they would have given me a heads up on the quality instead of simply taking my order and sending me 50 blurry images.
